Hi, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction here... I was out with my fiance, cousin and her husband saturday night at club ember in anaheim celebrating a friends bday. A fight began in the middle of this place and for some reason some random guy pointed me out to a security guard and i was dragged out of this place being tossed around like a rag doll. I was asking why i was getting thrown out but they wouldnt tell me anything. It got to the point were i had to defend myself and my fiance because she got in the middle of it trying to tell the security guy to leave me alone and she ended up being shoved to the ground by this same guy. The cops showed and they did nothing for us to help or file a report. I wake up this morning and i've got lowered back pain and my fiance has bruises all over her arms. What can i do? someone please help.

That someone asks this question in the most litigious country in the world is a kind of shock.

We often hear about silly lawsuits that are a waste of the court's time but as you describe your situation it sounds to me like Club Ember and their security force has it coming to them.

Knock 'em dead.
