Today at the 9am hour during there water cooler buzz, that was the topic.. And before you go on, yes i hate the new format too, the HOT TOPICS was perfect as it was, but i would have to believe management isnt very smart there and changed things.

Anyways, an interseted point was made that WOMEN should want more from a guy. IF women higher the standards by not going out with jerks and only go out with men who put the time and effort. Romance would become the norm

But unfortunately there are so many women that just Hook Up, that this makes it dificult...
