I'm "new" so I may be missing something, but it seems "July" is expressing an opinion that may be based on experience with the named vendor. Is it the opinion or how it's expressed that's the issue?

I re-read the TOS and do think that rephrasing the comment (e.g., 'I/we had experience with [named vendor] that was not good and this is why') may have been a better way to go.

I also feel there was a "link" to the KTLA Morning News topic as the (named vendor) was identified on the MN.
