So the bond sale looks like it's going better than expected, but what do you think about the broader deficit problem underlying them?
Any thoughts on how to bridge the budget gap permanently? Perhaps higher taxes, say on real estate transactions? Or perhaps chopping certain state-sponsored programs, like rental assistance?
