the new feedback policy is the biggest mistake the eBay corporation has ever made. Now they are showing their true colors & PROVE what I've been saying for years- EBAY IS A HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT FOR SELLERS. THEY ARE NOW TAKING AWAY ALL CONTROL FROM SELLERS OWN AUCTIONS & GIVING IT TO THE BUYERS, LETTING BUYERS RUN RUFF SHOT OVER SELLERS...NOBODY EVER FORCES A PERSON TO BUY AN ITEM--THE SELLER SHOULD HAVE CONTROL OVER THEIR OWN LISTING, EBAY IS SIMPLY STRIPPING THE SELLER OF ALL THEIR RIGHTS- I'M A POWER SELLER WHO DOES IT FOR A LIVING- I DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS BECAUSE OF MEDICAL PROBLEMS, I'VE ALREADY BEEN STRUGGLING FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS WITH POOR SALES DUE TO THE ECONOMY. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO INCREASE MY SALES TO AVOID LOSING MY HOME, THE NEW FEEDBACK SYSTEM & INCREASED SALES FEES WILL END MY BUSINESS- I WILL LOOSE MY HOME AND BE HOMELESS Large numbers of people are now forming boycotts and thousands of sellers are quiting Ebay- the new feedback rules & fees are driving sellers away in masses- this will have a huge effect on the economy.

Angry Ebay Seller, I'm with you. I have been selling on ebay since 2004 and never had a negative feedback.. Until resentley now I have 2 within one month. One was a mistake and the buyer tried to contact ebay to fix it because they mistook me for another seller and the second was a jerk who was upset that he did not receive a stained glass pedistal lamp from south carolina to florida in two days during a tropical storm then a hurricane. Why do they make the seller the "liar" and the buyer always right? Is the person or CEO been a victom of a seller in the past and now figures that we are all the same...? I have contacted ebay several times and only received the "Form Letter" informing me that because of my 2-negatives and 648 positives they were shutting down my seller rights for 30-days. I since wrote them again, I received the exact "Form Letter" again. Is anyone reading the emails? Do they care? Yes, I'm not making a million dollars a year however if 200,000 of us little company's told eBay to F-off, Would they listen then? I can no longer afford to sell on ebay and have decided to close my store. I Know they don't care? However, Leman, AIG and Merrell lynch probably didn't either. DON'T BIT THE HAND THAT FEEDS YOU...! FIRE THE CEO!
