On Friday, 8/29 CNN's Glenn Beck made a comment live on air that seems to have gone under the radar. Please call or email the CNN news room and let them know that enough is enough and Glenn Beck's racist comments have no place on national television.
CNN Transcript BLITZER: What does Barack Obama need to do to win this election? BECK: You know, I can't tell you. I'm just listening to Jack, though, and I couldn't disagree with him more. And, by the way, I'm sorry I'm late. I was fixing my scope on the fourth floor. |

I don't get it. What's racist about this comment? Have you read the transcript? There was another gent on-air, prior, who made a comment about having gotten there under sniper fire, a reference to Hillary Clinton's now-famous assertion during her campaign for the Nat'l Dem ticket that she arrived in Beirut(?) under sniper fire when, in fact, she arrived to a red carpet aircraft exit complete with cheese and crackers (ok, ok...). Anyhow, this guy follows, says he disagrees and comments about BEING the sniper. Get it?

Okay... "bored" adjective 1. tired of the world; "bored with life"; "strolled through the museum with a bored air" The correct word is board, and I know it's for KTLA. KTLA is for news and I was posting something that took place on a news show. The end. |

Yes I did read the transcript and I actually saw the show. The 4th floor scope was a reference to the Kennedy assassination, which was executed from the 4th floor with a rifle and scope. I'm surprised you didn't pick up on that right away. You are the first person I have had to explain that to. |
