It can take you 60 minutes to get from Hollywood to the Westside if you don't go the right way.

I can get you there in 30 minutes:

Start from: Sunset & 101.

-South on Van Ness all the way to Beverly.

-West (right turn) on Beverly.

-Take Beverly all the way down to Palm (2 streets past Doheny). There's no light, so watch the signs.

-Left on Palm

-Take Palm past 3rd st, past Burton (again no light, just be careful), to Wilshire.

-Right (West) on Wilshire

-Immediate Left (South) on Maple. You'll need to get over to the left lane very quickly after your turn. Just be patient and wait for traffic to clear.

-Maple South to Gregory Way.

-Right on Gregory. Go over one block to Rexford (stop sign).

-Left on Rexford.

-Take Rexford South, past Olympic, to Pico. Right (West) on Pico.

That should take you about 30 minutes.
