I briefly heard that I15 will be closed both ways south of Vegas Tommorrow am and Wed. am. What are the hours of this closure? Please and thanks Gimpee
There is major road construction happening along highway 15 between Baker and las vegas ...seems they have been working on this road for at least 2 years and not completed yet. Anyway, before you make that drive, you should check the Nevada DOT website - you will find all planned lane closures there with dates and times. Hope this helps make your drive to Vegas fast and a pleasure!

After all of this time waiting for the construction to end, I have finally decided that I will not drive to Vegas anymore. It isn't much more to jump on a plane and get there in 40 minutes or less (UNSTRESSED) to be able to cut loose and have some fun in one of the many Hotels Las Vegas has to offer and then hit one of the Las Vegas Shows!! Viva Las Vegas, Baby!
