I'm happy to see you start an "official" message board, KTLA.

Phil Spector is innocent until proven guilty, and in my opinion, the DA will not get a conviction. They don't have any forensic evidence that places the gun in Phil's hand. They didn't bother to take GSR from his clothing for one thing, and AJ's excuse was because he had other guns in the house, it wouldn't have mattered. That's pitiful - sometimes I wonder if they did do GSR testing and found nothing. Nobody knows what happened in that house, and I think it is possible that LC could have been handling the gun, and somehow shot herself, whether by accident, or purposely. I presume that should be enough to get this thread going..... Razzer

Not that I would believe it, but I would have used this story rather than the suicide theory.

Phil and Lana had been drinking and fooling around. Phil had shown Lana the gun to show it off. Finally, Phil dozed off in his chair. Lana decided she wanted to leave and picked up her purse. But she couldn't quite decide if she should awaken Phil, just walk out, or hope that he would wake up on his own. The gun was still on the desk where her purse had been. She picked it up and was playing with it while she sat and pondered what she should do. Thinking it was not loaded, she put it in her mouth thinking "Boy, this would wake him up!" She pulled the trigger.

Phil woke with a start. In a semi-awakened state, he was very confused. He saw the gun, picked it up, and ran out to the only help at hand. He went to the car and said "I think I just killed somebody!" Then he went back in to see if she was really dead and if he could help.

It's a stretch to be sure. But it might work better than trying to convince a jury that Lana was suicidal.

The older I get, the better I was.

(Repectfully snipped)

Grandpa

If the new jury has another Juror #10 [Like AuburnWave] that suspends belief in LOGIC (as does your scenerio)... then AJ is in trouble.

One has to wonder where these NG people come up with their theories. Maybe they've had too much pumpkin pie. lol

Hard to take people like that seriously !

Justice for Lana !!

"Grandpa" is partially right, but it was LC who dozed off in the chair and, Phil who likes to do weird things, who decides to "awaken her" by sticking the gun in her mouth. She wakes up with a start, tries to push the gun away, and it being ****ed (premedatation ?), the gun goes off. Remember he said: "I think I just killed somebody". Yeah, you got that right, Phil!

Administrators:

Please post what "trigger" words are.

I have two posts that have been sent off somewhere for further review. I didn't use vulgar language or insult anybody.

Will try to re-phrase my own theories later, but didn't the limo driver say that PS came outside and said something? Maybe Phil said "I think we/you should CALL somebody. The limo driver testified that his response to Phil was, "What happened, Sir?". If limo driver heard what he claims he heard and was in such fear, would that response make any sense? If Phil asked him to call someone, a natural response would be, "what happened?".

Yes he came out and said "I think I killed somebody" - not "call 911", not - "someone shot themselves" - no it was in his call to MB and then to 911. "My boss .... "I think my boss killed somebody", or close to that statement. He never changed HIS statement from the moment it happened. It's there in his recorded call to MB, to 911 and later in the long interviews with the police. Why would you then believe he said anything BUT that?

Basically what you are saying is you don't believe him then ?

[Gosh admin's would be nice if there was a preview so one could check out the post before submitting it?]

I know that most of you hate the idea, but Little Miss had "issues". She went to Mexico to get drugs?! She was 40 years old. Mother had to pay for shoes? Friends bought her food. Where are her friends, you ask. You saw 'em.....

What a life. Frowner
